Neil Phillips

Director

Neil is one of the founding partners of the business. He grew up in Bideford, where he attended Grenville College. After a period working for an independent estate agent in Exeter, he returned to Bideford and established Bond Oxborough Phillips with business partners Christopher Bond and Peter Oxborough.

Neil has gained a broad knowledge of the estate agency business, particularly the Bideford property market where he has been based for over 20 years. With a strong desire to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure the company continues to be the market leader, Neil is always looking for ways to develop the business further and to meet the expectations and challenges of today's house sellers and buyers. He is married to Dawn and has four children.
