What's next?

  • Advise on how to remedy the issues identified and we will then, depending on what level of service you require, either arrange, or put you in touch with local professionals.

These fines are for individual missing prescribed tenancy documents

  • Invalid or no EPC present

    up to £6,000 per property and or a prison sentence

  • Invalid or missing EICR

  • Incorrect registration of deposit, non-issuing of prescribed information or deposit scheme terms and conditions

    up to 3 times the value of the deposit. £2,250 per tenancy based on the average rent of £650pcm with a 5 week deposit of £750.

    up to £10,000 per occupier (up to £20,000 if repeated)
