Helen is born and raised in the area, starting her career in Torrington over 20 years ago. Helen spent some years as a manager for Taylor's Countrywide in Bedfordshire, before returning with her family to Devon and joining me in 2011. Helen's name is mentioned in virtually all of our customer feedback as her role is so vital and her focus on customer service is second to none. The reason for her success is the rapport that she has with local and national solicitors as well as local authorities and that she ensures all parties are kept up to date accurately and regularly.

In recent months Helen has helped to establish our growing Sales Progression department, offering training, not just for those working in the department but also for staff company wide, in order to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and delivered to the highest standards.
