All of our offices will be manned and open but on an appointment only basis. Please do not make an unnecessary visit to your local branch if this can be avoided. We are always available by phone, email or via our website and we will respond very quickly.

Buyers wishing to view a property will, in the first instance,be shown a detailed video. Whenever possible a virtual viewing will be arranged should further information be required. For those clients in an immediate position to proceed with a sale, they will then be offered the option of a physical viewing, subject to completion of our Covid-19 declaration to confirm government guidelines will be strictly followed.

We are offering desktop / virtual market appraisals in addition to physical visits to properties for any clients considering marketing their home at this time. Your local branch will be delighted to discuss the options further.
