Directions

From our Barnstaple Office, depart up Bear Street to a crossroads with traffic lights and bear left. At the first roundabout, proceed straight across and at the second roundabout, turn right where proceed to the traffic lights bearing left and then taking third right into Abbey Road. Proceed to the top turning left onto Under Minnow Road. Follow this road proceeding over a bridge and, after about 150 yards further on, (ignoring the right hand turning for Lion Mill), take the next unmarked lane on your right which has a yellow sign to the right of the access which mentions Anchor Mills. Follow this no-through lane and you will eventually come to a cluster of very attractive period properties which is Anchor Mills itself. Immediately ahead of you is a white cottage between the junction of two lanes. Here, bear left up the hill and at the top is a 5-bar gate which is the private access to Yarnerwood. Drive through this gate and proceed up the driveway to the property.
