Property Description

Additional Information

Not your run of the mill terraced home would be one way to describe this lovely home, don?t judge a book by its cover another, or the more traditional agent approach of "set in one of the towns premier locations" whichever way, this house is one not to be missed.

Lovingly maintained by the current owner over the years, the house has seen many improvements including the very recent addition of the latest eco-design log burning stove, a new 18th edition consumer unit and LED lighting, recently redecorated. Further benefits include gas to radiator heating with new boiler, some double glazing and more importantly in my view a 180 degree view of the adjoining countryside surrounding the Torridge Valley.

The ground floor accommodation includes an entrance hall, Living room with log burning stove, dining room with feature fireplace, a light an airy kitchen, a bathroom and a lean to leading out onto a small outside seating area. Moving upstairs to the first floor there is a landing leading to two bedrooms and a wc. There is a lovely roof top terrace garden from the third bedroom which is a real sun trap with its southerly aspect. From here you can enjoy some stunning views over the Torridge Valley. Completing the accommodation on the third floor is a good sized double bedroom with a large rear facing window, another vantage point to enjoy the views. This is a real opportunity for one lucky buyer so don?t delay in booking your viewing tour.

By car from our Torrington Office take the Well Street exit and at the road junction turn left. At the mini roundabout with the Fire Station directly in front of you, turn left signposted Bideford. Proceed along New Street and upon leaving the town turn left onto the B3227 signposted Langtree/Holsworthy. Proceed down the hill for approximately ½ a mile and after passing the dairy on the right hand side, take the left hand turning into Mill Street. Continue up Mill Street where Number 37 can be found two thirds of the way up on the right hand side.
