Three generations of the same family have enjoyed living in Hopton House but now the time has come for another lucky family to take up the mantle. I?ve seen some ensuites in my years as an estate agent but this one just blows me away as it has pretty much everything you could want. The centre piece is a panelled spa bath, perfect for unwinding and watching the world go by through the glazed door and Juliette balcony. There is a wet room style shower, surface mounted ceramic sink, low level wc and two heated towel rails to boot. If all this was not enough, there's more! Please allow me to draw breath for a moment. Parking has always been a real premium in town which is why Hopton house is the one that keeps giving. The immense workshop / garage measuring in excess of 46' in length solves this problem and then some whilst also providing ample storage areas and access to the garden. The enclosed courtyard to the rear of the house is very well sheltered and is a real sun trap before stepping up on to a large lawned garden with rear access onto the commons, an ideal space for the children to play and explore.

Well I think we have reluctantly come to the end of my tour of this stunning home. One word of advice however! Don?t take my word as to how beautiful this home is as you really need to see it for yourself to appreciate what you could miss if you don?t act quickly enough.
