The Pemberton Arrondale is an immaculately designed brand new holiday lodge located on an elevated pitch at Tarka Holiday Park. This large 42ft by 16ft lodge has 2 good sized bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The interiors and furnishings are stylish and elegant, giving the lodge a truly luxurious feel.

Information Regarding Tarka Holiday Park The Holiday Home can be used during the Park's holiday season which runs from 1st March - 14th February. It is for holiday occupation only. You will pay an annual pitch fee for the occupation of the pitch (this is currently set at £5,645, however the purchaser of this lodge will be exempt from 2020 pitch fees, as advertised). These payments will have to be arranged with the park owner. You will be buying the holiday home, but not the pitch. The pitch remains in the ownership of the site owner who is responsible for maintaining and managing the site. You will be charged separately for water, gas and electricity which the site owner will supply directly to your holiday home. Your pitch agreement will be protected by the Mobile Homes Act 1983, which regulates the contract between you and the site owner and sets out the parties respective rights and obligations. An Energy Performance Certificate is not required.
Head North West out of Barnstaple along the Braunton Road, the B3149. Proceed along this road until reaching the dual carriageway. Take the first major right hand turning into Tarka Holiday Park where visitor's parking will be easily found on your left hand side with the Reception clearly displayed.
