At Sladesbridge take the left turn marked St Mabyn 2½ miles. Continue along this road until it ends in the heart of St Maybn Village. From here turn right towards Longstone, Bodmin and Blisland. Take the next turning on your right marked Helland 2 miles, the properties entrance can be found around 105 yards along this road on the left.
