Continue through kingscott bearing right following the signs to Roborough down the hill past the RAF memorial bench and up the other side to the next cross road. Continue straight ahead for approx. 1.5 miles around a sharpe "s" bend and down the hill until you approach a farm at Ten Oaks Cross. Turn right here signposted Beaford 2 miles. Proceed down the hill and over a little bridge where the property can be found on your right hand side and the parking area to your left.
