Guarantor* If you are a student, are unemployed or on a low income, you will need a guarantor. We will need to carry out reference checks on the guarantor. The guarantor will be asked to read your tenancy agreement and sign a guarantor agreement before the tenancy starts.

Professional Inventory

Although an inventory is only included in our fully managed service, we strongly recommend having one done.

We instruct a professional company to conduct all our inventories which include meter readings, a comprehensive range of photographs and detailed room descriptions. This is very important when your tenant has moved out and helps prevents any discrepancies regarding the condition of the property.

Whether you have a small apartment or a large residence you can be assured we will endeavor to secure a reliable and suitable tenant as soon as possible.

We appreciate everyone has busy lives and cannot always view properties in social working hours, so not only are we open 7 DAYS A WEEK but we are open till 6pm on Monday to Friday in order to accommodate the demands of our clients.

As a result, a large percentage of our viewings are now carried out during early evenings and weekends.
