Hi! We are looking for one or possibly more team members to assist us on Saturdays. The role will involve accompanying viewings (so a clean driving licence is essential) as well as being office-based.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent timekeeping are the basics of what we require. Experience is not essential, as training will be given, but a good telephone manner and multitasking will be.
The weekends are very busy for new inquiries and a good knowledge of the area will help to ensure our clients are best informed. The role combines the best bits of working in our industry. Viewing multiple homes, negotiating and learning exactly what the client needs, and matching them to their dream home. While in the office, good organisation skills are a must as you will be in control of the diaries for the rest of the team and will be booking appointments for the coming weeks.
Fast-paced and rewarding, the role will offer an hourly salary with commission opportunities with a satisfying buzz when you agree on the sale with vendor and purchaser both as excited as you are.
The opening hours for the office are 09:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Viewings may often carry on after this time, especially if you are really keen to make the deal. I know I would!
