Property Description

Additional Information

An opportunity has arisen to buy a plot of agricultural land totalling a little under 26 acres. The land has good access from the road and is gently sloping to a central point. Mains water is on site feeding a trough in one field, there is a separate well in another. At the heart of the plot is a small thicket / wooded area with an open barn. The current owner has owned the land since 1993 and has in the main kept bullocks and sheep on the land but obviously any form of cattle would be happy grazing there.

From Great Torrington follow the A386 in a southerly direction for some 9.7 miles to Hatherleigh. At the large roundabout take the third exit onto the A3072 sign posted Highampton. Continue on this road through the village for another 1.8 miles to Hill Moor Cross turning right signposted Black Torrington. The land will be found after a short distance on your left with a sale board clearly displayed.
