Proceed to the end of the first straight of the road and then follow it as it bears around to your right. Proceed slightly downhill and then follow the road around to your left. Pass a Garage that is situated on your left hand side and after a short distance you will find the property on your right hand side with a For Sale board clearly displayed. It will be visible from the raised hard standing and the property sits down a level from the road accessible via a White picket fence.
