Leaving Torrington on the B3227 towards Umberleigh and South Molton, stay on this road for approximately 6 miles. Upon reaching Atherington, turn right sign posted High Bickington. Follow the road until entering the village and continue through past the Golden Lion public house. Pass the High Street on the right and take the second turning right into Junket Street sign posted Vauterhill. Follow this road taking the second turning on your left into Quarry Road where the cottage can be found on the left hand side with for sale board and nameplate clearly displayed.
