From our offices in Okehampton proceed in a westerly direction for approximately two miles taking the first right turning signposted to Holsworthy/Halwill/Bude, etc.
Continue along the A3079 for approximately 5 miles where turn left following the signpost for Bratton Clovelly. Following this turning take the next available right turn at Salt Box Cross signposted to Germansweek.
Continue along this road until entering the village whereupon the property can be located on the right hand side.
