Since moving to Devon from Essex in 2014 James has had many interesting pursuits occupying his time ranging from playing bass guitar in many local bands to filming and editing music videos: constructing a popular online YouTube car channel. Oh and surfing! The time came to put these many experiences to work and estate agency beckoned.

In August of this year James embarked on an apprentice estate agent's course when joining Bond Oxborough Phillips.

Utilising the skills developed in these past areas (he still surfs!) he has applied himself diligently and enthusiastically in helping clients fulfill their property aspirations.

His filming and video production work has enabled quality virtual tours to be produced highlighting the merits of property remotely.
