Additional Information

I think I have fallen in love again!

A beautifully converted former barn nestled in a small complex of similar properties on the edge of the popular village of Buckland Brewer. Cobblestone is perfectly named as within the entrance porch is the most stunning cobblestone floor inviting you in. The quirks and character don't end there you will be pleased to hear. Throughout the cottage the feel of yester year blends perfectly with modern contemporary fashions. You can imagine in the winter months snuggling up on the sofa with a cup of coco warming your toes by the fire. In the warmer months you will want to be outside enjoying the best of the clean Devon air. Cobblestone offers a lovely sized garden just right to create your very own picturesque haven to titivate your senses to all the sights sound and smells of the country. Taking your first cup of tea of the day sat out on the patio watching the buzzards overhead and hearing nothing but the morning bird chorus and the clucking of pheasants around is enough to put a smile on anyone's face.

Parking can sometimes be at a premium but that is not an issue here! An enclosed gravel driveway is enough to accommodate three / four cars and leads to the garage. Formally a double but now with one side used as a workshop and the other as a home office space that could; with the relevant certification and a few alterations become an annexe or "put me up" for visiting friends and family.

After only 6.5 miles or fifteen minutes to the North by car you can enjoy the glorious North Devon coastline. Rolling waves year round make it the ideal space to enjoy surfing, body / paddle boarding or simply a stroll with the sand between your toes, what could be better?

Ticking boxes aside, it is in my experience that the feel of the home is what will make you buy it. Only by visiting Cobblestone you will know if it is "the one". I strongly urge you to take the time to experience it for yourself and would love the opportunity to meet with you there to see if it is the one!

Upon reaching these crossroads continue straight across towards Buckland Brewer, continue on this road going over a small bridge until reaching the village, proceed through the village passing the Coach and Horses Public House on your right hand side then turn left into Ashtons Cottage. Continue on this road out of the village and after a short distance turn right into Barton Court where the property can be found immediately on your left hand side.
