From Bude town centre, proceed out of the town towards Stratton and upon reaching the A39 turn left signed Bideford. Continue for approximately 5 miles, passing through Kilkhampton, and after leaving the village take the next right hand turning at Taylors Cross, signed Bradworthy. Follow the signs for Bradworthy (approximately 4 miles) and upon entering the village St Johns Drive will be found on the left hand side. Proceed into the development, following the road around to the right, where Newlea will be found at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left hand side.
