take 3rd exit on to the A39 and continue for 9.4 miles. Turn left on to B3266 and proceed for 4.2 miles and
keep right to stay on B3266 for 1.6 miles. Bear left on to B3263 / Doctors Hill and after 300yds, turn right on to
Potters Lane and take the first left and then right on to Langsford Meadow then the property will be found on
the left hand side.
