Additional Information
Escape to the country could become a reality for you with this fine example of a detached family home on the edge of this pretty village with panoramic countryside views. On a clear day you will even catch a glimpse of Exmoor National Park in the distance.
The house has enjoyed many recent improvements in the last few months including a re-fitted kitchen and re-decoration throughout meaning you can move straight in and start enjoying your new life. The accommodation is both spacious and flexible and could even offer annex potential for an elderly relative to join the fold. Although modernised, the cottage still retains much character and charm especially centring around the central stone fireplace in the living room. Upstairs again offers a lot over its modern counterparts with four good sized bedrooms and plenty of windows to the rear elevation to make the most of those views. There is also a larger than average garage to house your car, use as a workshop or if needed convert into further accommodation. The garden is predominately to the side of the house and backs onto adjoining farmland where often the cows can be found munching at the grass.
The Cottage is a smashing house and is offered for sale with no onward chain, waiting for the next loving owner to move in and enjoy the surroundings.
