Stay on this road for approximately 4 miles and upon reaching Beaford Village, take the first right hand turn into Green Lane, continue along Green Lane passing the Park on your right hand side and as the road bears to the right take the left hand fork then the first left into Marshalls Mead, the property will be found a short distance along on the left hand side clearly displaying a number plate.
