Being in the terrace, the home has the benefit of being warmed either side. Can central heating be added? Yes, but there is no mains gas in Beaford. The current heating is probably the most efficient way of heating the home. The Rayburn does heat one radiator currently and could be used to heat another. It could also be converted to burn Oil rather than wood and coal.
Its a short stroll from the pub and also not far from the Village shop and Ofsted highly rated school, it boasts excellent walks on the doorstep and has a traditional village green.

From Torrington proceed in a Southerly direction on the A386 signposted Hatherleigh/Okehampton and upon the leaving the town at the bottom of the hill turn left onto the A3124 signposted Winkleigh/Exeter, stay on this road and enter the village of Beaford and pass The Globe Inn on your left hand side and then after a short distance the property with be found on you left hand side with nameplate and for sale sign clearly displayed.
